EXPOSED: Local Shrine Where Elderly Priests Enslave Virgin Girls As Sex Slaves (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

A shocking video about Ghana’s ‘trokosi system’ released last week by Nigerian Prophet T.B. Joshua’s YouTube channel ‘Emmanuel TV’ has gone viral showing a case of child sex slavery in a local shrine in Ghana.

The clip, titled The Most SHOCKING Confession You May Ever Hear, chronicles the heart-breaking ordeal of Mary Nenyo from Ghana’s Volta region and has raked up over 130,000 views in just a few days.

Emmanuel TV describes the 66-minute clip as “a bone-chillingly brutal tale of physical, mental, spiritual and sexual slavery that will move even the stoniest of hearts to tears”.

Speaking at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations, SCOAN, in Lagos, Nigeria, Mary narrated how her family gave her as a “virgin sacrifice” to Korle Shrine in order to “atone for the sin” of her great-great-grandfather which was said to be behind the curse of premature deaths occurring in the family.

“They took me to the riverside and initiated me on a journey of no return… I was then introduced to an old priest as my husband,” she recounted, explaining that all this happened in her tender infancy.

The elderly fetish priest would sexually satisfy himself with Mary at whim along with the other 500 maidens forcefully ‘imprisoned’ in the shrine.

The priest would just point at you. He could call us chicken, goat or cow – because we were cows to him – then, he would sleep with us just like that,” she tearfully described.

Her duties included preparing ‘charms’ for people seeking protection at the shrine and beseeching the gods that more sin be committed so more innocent virgins could be entrapped into the vicious cycle.

As Mary grew older, she broke protocol by taking ventures outside the shrine’s confines, one day being spotted naked by a group of foreign tourists who took her picture.

Six months later, her ‘freedom’ was procured by the foreigners in conjunction with an NGO called ‘International Needs’, leading to the release of the 500 young girls who were in ritual servitude at the shrine.

However, physical liberation did not stop Mary from a living a life of spiritual slavery. Unable to trace her real family, Mary moved to 11 different locations but continued to experience “a series of rejection, maltreatment and abuse”.

Men had an unnerving sexual attraction for her and exploited her innocence at will. “The demons would enter the men and make them sleep with me,” she stated, adding that each promiscuous encounter was followed by dismissal and hatred from the men involved.

Plagued by terrible nightmares of snakes and increasing mental instability, Mary eventually found herself begging on the streets for survival at Madina Market in Accra. There, she finally met a ‘Good Samaritan’ and narrated her sordid story to her.

“She said that the only person would could deliver me from all those demons was Prophet T.B. Joshua,” Mary explained, adding that the lady fully paid for her journey from Ghana to The SCOAN in Lagos, Nigeria.

After Mary was ‘delivered’ from the “demons that held her in bondage”, she stayed in the church for several weeks. “Before, I never knew I was a normal human being,” she testified, stating that she could sleep peacefully for the first time in her life after prayer.

T.B. Joshua used his influence and resources to locate Mary’s long-lost mother, who was residing in Ivory Coast, and brought her to Nigeria to meet with her daughter in an emotional reconciliation.

The SCOAN additionally gave $1,500 to Mary to start her life afresh. “I have seen powers upon powers but there is a power beyond powers – the God who used Prophet T.B. Joshua to liberate me from darkness,” the former slave concluded.

The video evoked a storm of reactions, with several of Joshua’s foreign supporters calling on the Ghanaian government to take urgent steps to address the “inhumane treatment” still being experienced by victims of the Trokosi system

Sunday Olaosebikan on Wednesday approached an Igando Customary Court in Lagos to end his seven-year-old marriage to his wife, Mutiatu, for allegedly demanding for money before sex.

89 prostitutes arrested in Abuja

No fewer than 89 commercial sex workers, otherwise known as prostitutes, have been arrested by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Joint Task Force Team for the Cleansing of Abuja.

Deputy Director/Chief Press Secretary FCT Muhammad Sule made the disclosure in a press statement issued on Tuesday.

He stated, “The Joint Task Team for the Cleansing of Abuja City recently reconstituted by the FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello has impounded 114 unpainted taxis within the first one week of its operations.

“The Acting Director of the FCT Directorate of Road Traffic Services, Mr. Wadata Aliyu Bodinga made this disclosure on Tuesday when he visited the Minister’s office.

“The Director disclosed that 104 Keke Napep (Tricycles) were also impounded and riders prosecuted at the Mobile Courts during the same period.

An estranged wife, Toyin Ogunminiyi, on Tuesday urged a customary court sitting in Ikole-Ekiti to help effect the release of her six pants in her husband’s possession.

Other personal belongings the complainant sought for retrieval from her husband, Tope, included two native dresses, one jeans skirt and a plastic basin.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the woman also prayed the court to dissolve her 20-year- old marriage.

She claimed that her husband was constantly beating her and tearing her dresses in public, in addition to accusing her of adultery.

Man gets stroke after allegedly raping wife’s niece in Delta

A thirty-four-year-old man, Kingsley Agbini, has developed stroke after he allegedly raped his wife’s niece, identified as Comfort in his house at Agbarho community in Ughelli North Local Council of Delta State.

Agbini, who is still recuperating from his stroke, is said to have admitted to committing the offence, stating that he developed the ailment after his escapades with Comfort on December 12, 2016 was brought to the knowledge of his wife.

Do not transact on Bitcoin, other virtual currencies – CBN warns banks

The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has warned Deposit Money Banks and other financial institutions in the country not to do business in crypto or digital currencies.

The Apex bank listed some of the virtual currencies to include bitcoin, ripples, monero, litecoin, dogecion and onecoin.

he CBN had during the week, lectured Nigeria on the danger of transacting in such virtual currencies. 

In a circular dated January 12, 2017, CBN warned the DMBs and other financial bodies that the digital currencies were not accepted in Nigeria.

Teenage girl rapes man at knifepoint

A 17-year-old woman from Michigan may be sentenced to life in prison if found guilty of rape.

Lestina Marie Smith was said to have pinned down a 19-year-old man at knife point and forced him to engage in oral and vaginal sex with her.

The incident happened on Jan. 11 in Saginaw Township.

She was arraigned on Tuesday morning, Jan. 17, on two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Each charge carries a maximum punishment of life in prison, according to M.Live.com.

Smith was denied bond and is being held in the Saginaw County Jail.

She’ll would appear in court on Feb. 3  for a preliminary examination to determine probable cause.

Bitcoin, other virtual currencies not legal tender in Nigeria – CBN

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has ruled out transactions in bitcoin and other virtual currencies by any bank in the country.

The apex bank, in a circular to all banks on Tuesday, signed by its Director of Financial Policy and Regulation Department, Kelvin Amugo, said the move was necessitated by money laundering and terrorism financing risks inherent in operations of virtual currencies.

Amugo added: “The emergence of Virtual Currencies (VCs) has attracted investments in payments infrastructure that provides new methods of transmitting value over the internet.

“Transactions in VCs are largely untraceable and anonymous making them susceptible to abuse by criminals, especially in money laundering and financing of terrorism.

“VCs are traded in exchange platforms that are unregulated, all over the world. Consumers may, therefore, lose their money without any legal redress in the event these exchanges collapse or close business.

A trader, Mrs Helen Otike, has prayed an Igando Customary Court, Lagos to dissolve her 18 year-old marriage to her husband, Godwin, for allegedly denying her sex for nine years.
Otike, 45, told the court on Wednesday that her husband, with whom she had no child, starved her of sex.
“My husband does not want me to have a child; he has refused to sleep with me.
“We live as strangers in the house, no intimacy no relationship,” she said.
The petitioner said that her husband abandoned her in his five-bedroom duplex seven years ago to marry another wife in Abuja.
“My husband relocated to Abuja and left only me in the house he built; he refused to take care of me.
“Whenever I call him, he always told me that he will call me back, which he never did.
“On two occasions, I travelled to Abuja, I was able to locate where he is working but he refused to take me to his house.
“It was later I heard that he had married another woman in Abuja who had children for him,” she said.
She also described her husband as a dubious fellow.
“When my husband went to Abuja, I connected him with my brother who accommodated him for two years and also introduced him to a business.

Man lures fours boys to his room, rapes them through anus

A Kano Magistrates’ Court, sitting at Audu Bako Secretariat has remanded a 27-year-old man, Aliyu Muhammad in prison for allegedly defiling four boys through their anus.

Muhammad reportedly lured the boys into his room where he committed the sodomy.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Asp. Rufa’I Inusa, told the court that Ado Mu’azu, Musa Nura and Mati Isa, all of Bichi Local Government Area, jointly reported the case at Bichi Police Division, on Nov. 5, 2016.

The victims were rushed to Bichi General Hospital for treatment.

The suspect was charged with unnatural offence, punishable under Section 284 of the Penal Code.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Magistrate Muhammad Jibril, ordered the remand of the accused in prison custody and adjourned the case till February 9, for mention.

Man bags 12-month jail term for removing condom during sex

In a first of its type, a man has been convicted of rape and sentenced to 12-month jail term by a court in Switzerland.

The 47-year-old Frenchman had had sex without a condom with a sexual partner who believed he was wearing one.

In the landmark decision, the court in Lausanne determined that having sex without a condom if the use of a condom is expected by those involved is considered rape, the news agency, ATS, had reported.

The Frenchman had met his sex partner, a Swiss woman, through the dating app Tinder.

Reports had it that on a second date at the woman’s house, they began to have sex with a condom, but the man later removed it.

The woman said she only realised that he was no longer wearing a condom after the sex was over.

The court judged that if the woman had known that her partner wasn’t wearing a condom, she would have refused sex with him.

Speaking to ATS on Tuesday, the victim’s lawyer said the decision was “a first for Switzerland.”

The court handed the Frenchman a 12-month suspended jail sentence, but the decision can be appealed.

Police arrests fake prophet who sleeps with members of his church

 The police in Glen Norah, Harare in Zimbabwe, have arrested a prophet, Starlin Madzibaba, for his alleged involvement in fraud, fake prophecies and illicit affairs with female members.  The suspect was reportedly exposed by his driver, Norest Brian Muchecheti, who claimed he was fond of planting fake goblins and live snakes in people’s homes claiming that their relatives were bewitching them.

H-Metro is reporting that his driver made the revelation known to seven victims after he clashed with the prophet for bedding his wife.

Muchecheti, in his revelation, said “I am not married. I separated with my wife after she cheated with another man.

“I was Madzibaba’s driver and we visited many places until I discovered that he was faking miracles.

“After such trips, he would end up hooking up with ladies and booking lodges to have sex with them and this led me to get the truth from him.

“Many times his wife questioned why we were not returning home on time after the trips and I later disclosed his cheating habits to her.

A house wife, Mrs Olamide Bola, on Tuesday told an Akure Customary Court, that her husband, Mr Ogunlana Bola had sex with her daughter more than once.

The complainant is seeking divorce of her 5-year-old marriage that produced a 4-year-old boy.

According to her, she can no longer tolerate the respondent’s wild sexual urge towards her and her 11-year-old daughter.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the 11- year old girl is a step daughter to the respondent.

The complainant who wept in court regretted her marriage with the respondent.

Ruling on the case, Mr Ayodele Omotola, the court’s president ordered hearing notice to be served on the respondent for appearance in the next adjourned date.

Omotola adjourned the case till Jan.18 for continuation of hearing.( NAN)

7 Security operatives raid Patience Jonathan’s house ( VIDEO)

Men of the Nigerian Police Force on Wednesday, raided a house in Maitama area of Abuha, which is reportedly owned by former First Lady, Mrs. Patience Jonathan.

According to sources, the house was acquired by Patience Jonathan for her younger brother.

There was, however, no occupant at the time the police invaded the house at around 5pm yesterday.

The officers who arrived in four vehicles, went ahead to search the mansion located along Igbiti Rock Street.

When contacted, the spokesman of the Police Force, DCP Don Awunah, claimed he was unaware of the operation.

However, Patience Jonathan’s lawyer, Barrister Charles Ogboli, when contacted by some newsmen, confirmed the raid, saying: “Actually, it wasn’t the EFCC that invaded the property of Dame Jonathan today, we have had issues of invasion last year by officials of NDLEA, EFCC.

“When I met with the officers who invaded the residence today, one of them who was on uniform said they are from a special unit acting on a directive from the Inspector General of Police, while another one who was on mufti claimed that he his from the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF).

“They said they wanted to search the property and told me to bear a witness to their operations, but i insisted I wasn’t entering the premise, they broke the door, went in and took about three cheque books and six company seals.”

NYSC clears air on circulated timetable for 2016 Batch B Stream II timetable

The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has advised prospective corps members to disregard a widely circulated timetable for the mobilization of Batch B Stream 2.

Some unconfirmed reports had it that the 2016 Batch B Stream II Orientation Course had been scheduled for 16th January to 4th February, 2017.

On its Facebook page, the NYSC said in a statement: “RE: NYSC MOBILIZATION TIME TABLE FOR BATCH B STREAM 2.

How 30-year-old man allegedly raped 5-year-old girl in Delta

A thirty-year-old man simply identified as Nnamdi a.k.a, Nna has allegedly raped a five-year-old girl (name withheld) in Sedco, Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.

The incident occurred at Okrogbolor Estate in Sedco on the 26 December, 2016.

In a chat with DAILY POST, grandmother of the five-year-old girl simply identified as Mama Aghogho stated that Nnamdi went into her two room apartment in the pretence of warming his soup.

Mama Aghogho who is popularly known as “Urhobo Nurse” also claimed that Nnamdi carried her grand daughter in his lap and forcefully inserted his big penis into her vagina.
