Alleged estranged mistress of Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries, Stephanie Otobo has declared that having seen the pastor’s nakedness, her God which is greater than that of the clergyman would put him shame.

Recall that Ms Otobo had accused the Edo-born preacher of impregnating and abandoning her. 

Following her initial allegation against the preacher, the Canadian-based singer went ahead to release more intimidating details about her alleged romance with Suleman.

Just last Sunday, mother of the Canadaian-based stripper, Tope Otobo, was at the OFM headquarters in Auchi, Edo State where she begged the pastor on behalf of her daughter. 

But in a new video she released, Ms Otobo accused Suleman of desperately trying to hide his evil deeds by conspiring with her mother to carry out such action.

Stressing that she has no physical power, the Canadian-based singer warned that shame and destruction will come on the clergyman in all he does.

She said, “I want to say thank you to all those who have being supporting me and for those not supporting me, I hope one day you will see the truth.

But I have not been in good shape for four years now. Though i have been trying to live with it but it can only get worse if not taken care of. on the 16th of April 2013 an unidentified hit and run driver knocked me down along rafinsanyi road in suleja. 

I was rushed by men of FRSC to suleja general hospital as most people were avoiding the situation that may arise if I did not get to the hospital alive due to my conditions. I was given first aid and then referred to the teaching hospital gwagwalada in a critical condition. Unfortunately there was no bed space in the hospital when we got there around midnight so I was taken to St Mary's Catholic hospital where I was admitted and had my first surgery had an external fixation about 24 hours after the accident . After about three months , I was discharged from the hospital and could not even meet up with the appointments with the hospital for frequent check ups due to financial challenges so I stopped. I think that Is where the complications and infection set in and matters got worse. now the bone is seriously inflected. It is exactly four years now and i am seriously in need of medical attention ( surgical operations) the good news is that a group of friends ( school mates) has taken the responsibility of helping to raise the required fund after meeting with experts ( doctors) who specialise in the kind of challenge I am facing. 

A special account has been created for the purpose of the fund. Though it was done with my name but not under my control nor that of any single person. But rather closely monitored by a group of trusted and dedicated persons so be rest assured that whatever may be at your disposal to assist with will surely be used for the purpose. Drama as pastor insists on resurrecting dead wife [PHOTOS]

A 40-year-old Pastor, Robinson Githumba of Eagle Prophetic Church has failed in his attempt to pray his dead wife back to life.

Githumba and his followers stormed the Embu mortuary in Nairobi, Kenya yesterday praying in a bid to resurrect his wife, Polly Kagendo, 38, who died of Tuberculosis on Sunday.

The clergy man was said to have travelled from Rwika Village, Mbeere South sub-county with his followers.

On arrival at Gakwegori funeral at 8am, he asked the mortuary attendants to remove his wife’s body from the morgue and put it in an open place for prayers.

With bibles, they prayed enthusiastically, singing and shouting at the top of their voices expecting a miracle, Naironinews reports.

Ndume’s suspension by the Senate is illegal – Falana

 Human rights lawyer Femi Falana, has said that the Senate’s suspension of Senator Ali Ndume was illegal.

Ndume was suspended for six months, for raising false allegations against the Senate President, Bukola Saraki and Dino Melaye through order 14 and 15 at plenary last week.

The suspension followed report of Senator Samuel Anyanwu-led committee on Public Petitions, Ethics and Privileges which recommended for his suspension for one legislative year.

“The purported suspension of Senator Ali Ndume is the height of the serial illegality in the senate. In Hon Dino Melaye & Ors v House of Representatives (unreported) the federal high court declared the indefinite suspension of the plaintiffs illegal and unconstitutional on the ground that a legislator could not be suspended for more than 14 days,” Falana said in a statement released on Wednesday.

“But in House of Assembly v Hon Danna the Court of Appeal held that a legislative house in Nigeria is not competent to suspend a member even for a single day as it is a violation of the democratic rights of members of his/her constituency”‎, he said.

He said the upper legislative chamber’s refusal to consider the appointment of 27 resident electoral commissioners (RECs) because of President Muhammadu Buhari’s reluctance to sack Ibrahim Magu, acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), was an act of impunity.

Sell 1 dollar at N360 – CBN orders commercial banks

The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, on Monday directed all deposit money banks to immediately commence the sale of foreign exchange to their customers at N360 to the dollar.

In a statement by the apex bank spokesperson, Isaac Okoroafor, all customers requesting forex for their basic transport allowance and personal transport allowance, tuition and medical fees, would henceforth get it at an exchange rate not more than N360 to 1 dollar.

The terse statement reads, “The CBN to sell forex to banks at N357/$1, while banks will sell to their customers at N360/$1 for invisibles (BTA, medicals, fees, etc),” the apex bank said on Monday.

“CBN directs banks to post new rates in the banking halls of their branches immediately. CBN examiners to visit banks to ensure the new rates are implemented.

“CBN prohibits banks from selling forex funds meant for invisibles to BDCs”

The apex bank said it would sell to commercial banks at N357 per dollar and banks are to post the new rates in their banking halls of their branches immediately.

Member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Kazaure/Roni/Gwiwa/Yankwashi Federal Constituency of Jigawa State, Muhammed Kazaure Gudaji, has observed that the Coca cola drinks in Nigeria were made with borehole water.

The All Progressives Congress, APC, party member made this known while speaking before the House of Reps. on Wednesday.

In a Youtube video, Gudaji said, “Mr. Speaker, this is a very serious issue about Coca cola, Fanta and others.

20-year-old boy abducts, rapes housewife in Jigawa

The police in Jigawa State have arrested one Musa Alhaji Muhammed, 20, of Tawage village in Gwaram Local Government Area for allegedly raping a housewife.

He abducted the housewife from her matrimonial home into a bush where he raped her.

Twelve other men were also arrested for allegedly raping minors in the state.

Parading the suspects in Dutse, the Commissioner of Police, Rasheed Akintunde, said Mohammed’s victim identified him, adding that he had since confessed to the crime and would soon be charged to court.

The police have also arrested seven out of a group of nine suspects who were alleged to have serially raped two sisters last month.

Those arrested in connection to the rape of the sisters include Ahmadu Abdullahi, Suleman Salisu, Abdullahi Dantsara, Dahiru Danbaba alias Danliti, Jamilu Garba, Surajo Ali and Hassan Mati all of Yankwashe LGA.

Cleric hypnotizes student, shaves her pubic hair

An Ilorin Magistrate court yesterday sent an Islamic cleric to prison over sorcery.

Abdulaziz Jamiu of Oke-Awo Compound, Okeya in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State was remanded in Mandala Minimum Prison in the outskirts of Ilorin.

The suspect, 34, was charged for attempting to hypnotise a student in order to rape her.

The girl is said to be an Industrial Microbiolgy student of a tertiary institution in the state.

The suspect is being charged under Section 217 and 95 of the Penal Code.

Jamiu was alleged to have charmed the student and commanded her to follow him to his office at Oke-Awo, Compound, Okeya where he ordered her to strip naked.

The suspect was alleged to have shaved her pubic hair with a razor blade in his office and gave her a powder-like substance to rub on her private part.

Plea for leniency by counsel to the accused person were turned down by the presiding magistrate, Shade Lawal, who said the matter was an ongoing case.

Delivering her ruling on the bail request, Magistrate Lawal ordered the suspect to be remanded in prison custody and adjourned the matter to March 30 for further mention.

A 61-year-old man, identified as Toafeek Hassan, was, yesterday, apprehended while in possession of a fresh human head and other body parts of a lady.

Hassan was alleged to have murdered the woman at Ikoga community in Badagry area of Lagos State.

He was on his way to hand over the needed body parts to another “Babalawo” when he was accosted by curious people, as the bag was dripping blood.

Man who raped girl 225 times jailed [PHOTO]

A paedophile identified as Anthony Morgan who raped a young girl for 225 times from the age of six has been jailed for 16 years in United Kingdom, UK.

According to Judge Andrew Menary of Liverpool Crown Court, Morgan targeted the girl in a ‘campaign of rape’, ruining her life, often while high on cocaine and alcohol.

Menary said, “You repeatedly raped almost week in, week out that young girl, on too many occasions to count. What you have done to this girl is to essentially ruin her life up to this point.

‘Who knows whether or not she will ever recover from the psychological ordeal and impact you have inflicted upon her.

“You accept you have an unhealthy and abiding sexual interest in young children.

“I have no doubt at all that you pose a high risk of serious harm to children and will continue to do for an indefinite and unquantifiable period in the future.

“The girl confided in an adult that the rapes had been happening ‘for as long as she could remember.”

Prosecutor, Dan Travers also told the court that the victim said the accused would bribe her using ice cream and other treats while telling her that nobody would believe if she told them what has being happening between them, UK Metro reports.

The body of Doctor Allwell Orji who committed suicide by jumping off the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos into a Lagoon has been discovered by the Marine Police.

Lagos State Emergency Agency (LASEMA) had on Sunday said it received a distress call on the incident.

he agency said the medical practitioner parked his grey coloured Nissan SUV with registration number LND 476 EE at about 4.50 pm before Adekunle, inward 3rd Mainland bridge and jumped into the Lagos Lagoon.

How I was gang-raped for refusing marriage proposal – 19-year-old rape victim

A 19-year-old girl, simply identified, as Hassana, has narrated her ordeal to journalists who had gathered at Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kebbi State command headquarters, as five suspected rapists who raped her were paraded.
According to her, the suspects allegedly conspired to abduct and deflower her; because her family rejected the marriage proposal made by one of them.

The five suspects, who were apprehended by officials of the NSCDC are; Ibrahim Mamman, 23, Bawa Ayuba, 28, Aminu Ahmed, 25, Umar Farouk, 23, and Muhammed Danjuma, 20.

They reportedly lured Hassana out of her parent’s home at Sabongarin Sakaba to a bush, and took turns to rape her.

In an emotional-laden voice, Hassana said: “On the day of the incident Aminu (her boyfriend) came to our house at Sabongarin Sakaba in company of his cousin, Umar, and asked me to follow him to a wedding ceremony.

“As we were going along the bush path his machine (motorcycle) developed fault and he asked me to come down.

A 15-year-old girl, on Thursday disclosed how her father, 42, slept with her severally after separating with her mother.

Narrating her ordeal at the Ketu police station, the girl alleged that her father identified as I.D. Idowu slept with her thrice and that each time, he gave her N500.

Idowu was arrested by operatives attached to the Ketu Division of the Nigerian Police Force after a concerned neighbour of the victim reported the matter.

The victim, who is in Senior Secondary School, SS, 1 said: “My father started sleeping with me two years ago, while I was 13 years. The first time he came, he gave me N500 and forced himself on me.

6 UNILAG students gang rape teenager

Six students of the University of Lagos, who allegedly gang-raped a 17-year-old female colleague, were on Wednesday granted reprieve by a Surulere Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.

They were released on a N6 million bail.

The accused are: Simeon Omowole, 18; Randy Chukka, 17; Samuel Oyefara, 18; Peter Adeboyega, 17; Chuka Chukwu, 19; and Peace Nwakanma, 18 (a female).

They pleaded not guilty to a five-count charge bordering on conspiracy, rape and sexual harassment.

The prosecutor, Anthonia Osayande, told the court that the offences were committed sometime in January at High-Rise, University of Lagos.

Man arraigned for allegedly beating pastor, destroying church property in Lagos

A 49-year-old man identified as Abiodun Adey­inka has been arraigned at an Ebute-Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court, Lagos for allegedly beating up a pastor and damaging his property worth N5 million.

Adeyinka is facing a six-count bordering on mali­cious damage, conspiracy, unlawful assault on the Celestial Church of Christ, CCC, pastor and manner likely to cause breach of peace.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The Police Prosecutor, Insp. Cousin Adams, told the court that the accused committed the offences on January 3, 2016, at noon, at No. 64, Adekunle Banjo Street, Magodo, Lagos.

He added that Adeyinka forcibly entered into a Celestial Church of Christ building during worship, causing panic among the worshippers before damaging the church property.

A national of the Benin Republic, Kumenu Tope Samenu has confessed to stealing N5m from her employer’s room nine days after she was employed.
