AllProgressives Grand Alliance governorship candidate in AbiaState, Dr. Alex Otti, has decried the sack by the state government of five traditional rulers perceived to be sympathetic to his party.Reacting in a statement by the Media and Publicity Director of his Abia First Campaign Organisation, AFCO, Chris Uka, APGA governorship hopeful described the action as cowardly and vindictive. The traditional rulers were allegedly axed for failing to abide by the directives of the government that no Eze in the state should identify with APGA.The affected monarchs include Eze Nelson Emerengwa of Isiekenta autonomous community; his counterpart of Ovungvu autonomous community, Eze N.N Nwachukwu, Eze Peter Emereonye of Okporoahaba autonomous community, Eze Sampson C. Jinanwa of Amaise Ovungwu autonomous community and Eze Gbufor Johnson from Otti’s local government area of Isiala Ngwa South and Igwe of Ariam Usaka autonomous community of Ikwuano Local Government Area.
