allegedly punched the
infant in the face
because she would not
stop crying while he
was trying to have s*x.
The little girl is only
one year old and faced
sever bruises on her
right eye.
Markeese Cummings,
24, is now charged
with $75,000 at the
Lucas County jail. So
far he has been arrested for felony battery, but more is expected to come.
According to Detective Lawrence Anderson, Cummings was only the
woman’s s*xual partner. Simone Day, the victim’s 20-year-old mother,
claimed that she moved her baby to her own room when Cummings visited
her Toledo apartment....
