Mohammed Wakil, on Friday reassured Nigerians that the military and security agencies are drawing to a close the Boko Haram war on the nation.The minister who described Thursday’s suicide bomb attack on Biu in troubled Borno State as a sign of weakness and a show of wickedness by the Boko Haram insurgents, said these are pointers to the desperation of the sect not to give up honourably but to rein terror on the country.The minister, who is the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party in Borno state, gave this description in astatement signed by his Special Assistant on Media, Alhaji Olawale Rasheed, a copy of which was sent to the e-mail of our correspondent.Details later.
